Photograph of Mr. and Mrs. T.C. Walker, taken in 1921 at their home in Gloucester County. Walker served as a Rosenwald building agent and was instrumental in establishing schools for African Americans throughout Virginia.

    I found out that my grandmother was raised by T C Walker. I am trying to gather more information. Her name was Elizabeth Satterwhite born around 1901.
