7pm:  Many Voices One Community (MVOC) kicks off it’s 2014 Summer Film Series with the movie “Doe Boy”

Friday, June 20th:

6-8pm: Genealogy Workshop Part 2: Building Your Family Tree with Lewis Averett

Saturday, June 21st:

10am-2pm: Junteenth Freedom and Jubilation Day (Hunton Randolph Community Center)

1pm: Tobacco Leaf Demonstrations: The Art of Making Tobacco Twist with Harry Robey

2pm: Plantation Cooking: The West African Roots of Southern Cuisine- lecture by  Dr. Kelley Deetz

Sunday, June 22nd:

3pm: A Slave Narrative: Monologue by Jennifer Petticolas, “Trouble Don’t ‘Las Always”

Friday, June 27th:

Opening night of “Our Town” by Endstation Theatre Company- Reception to be held at the Legacy Museum
